Yes, although you can’t mix page sizes and orientations in the same iStudio Publisher document, the solution is to create multiple iStudio Publisher documents, export each to PDF file and combine these into one PDF file, using the method described here.
Can I create a document containing different page sizes and orientations?

iStudio Publisher Users Say...
Good to see you all at MacWorld. Since then I have not had to open my Adobe products since buying iStudio. No more mysterious symbols, no more byzantine methodologies. iStudio is so intuitive, I rarely have to refer to the manual.
As a Copy Writer who does not have a background in graphics, I no longer have to intrude on my graphic artists valuable time. I create my own first drafts to send on to the professionals. It's an amazing time-saver for me, and for them.

I've just started using iStudio Publisher to develop ideas for a mobile phone app.
I just wanted to say that I'm blown away by how good it is. It must have been a long road to get to this point.
Thanks and congratulations.

I wanted to write back to say 'Thank You'. I have used vast amounts of software and run into little issues with them all. Never, and I mean never, have I been assisted so quickly and with such detail as your response. After reading your response and getting more comfortable with the program, I quickly learned what is happening and why, and I have been able to do exactly as I wanted with the design layout. iStudio Publisher has become my favorite tool for print catalogs and brochures. I am certain there are more tricks to learn to make it even better, and I actually look forward to using it more. Thank you for designing such a great program, and for backing it with top-level service.
Greg
