Just one week ago I joined in with your company to learn how to navigate and use your software. I had narrowed down my choices of desktop publishing companies to three and did try out all three, since each has a free trial period. I am not experienced at using any kind of desktop software and had a very difficult time with the other two, besides iStudio.
And, as you know, I did have a few stumbling blocks with your own software. But you stayed with me and were a tremendous help along the way. By the second day I had several pages done. And now I feel that I can quickly move along in most every part of what I need to get done.
I find the iStudio easy to use now. It works for me. And I give you a great deal of the credit for taking the time to boost me along. Thanks.

I wanted to write back to say 'Thank You'. I have used vast amounts of software and run into little issues with them all. Never, and I mean never, have I been assisted so quickly and with such detail as your response. After reading your response and getting more comfortable with the program, I quickly learned what is happening and why, and I have been able to do exactly as I wanted with the design layout. iStudio Publisher has become my favorite tool for print catalogs and brochures. I am certain there are more tricks to learn to make it even better, and I actually look forward to using it more. Thank you for designing such a great program, and for backing it with top-level service.

I recently released the 24th issue of my ezine, once again created with iStudio Publisher!
Feel free to use the ezine as an example if you wish (issues 22-24 were done with iSP).
